Beat the Ice
A huge ice storm forced us to leave for our big trip with our neighbors a day early.

January Birthdays
We celebrated our favorite roughhouser, chef, and jokester...Daddy!
The kids each made him cards, and couldn’t wait to give him his presents.
He took the day off to work in the shop, and we treated him to Cuban food for dinner.
Just 5 days later, Dorothy turned 4! She really wanted to birthday party with friends, but we compromised with a party with family and neighbors. She had a princess party! I was too busy working the party, that I didn’t take pictures. She had an absolute blast though!!
She has already been talking about her next party.
